The governor of Maracaibo, also known as Duke Van Goul, is a powerful and ruthless ruler who will stop at nothing to keep his oil drilling machine operational. I have a small fleet of fishing boats that operate with my father, The Black Corsair. We steal from the Maracaibo Oil Company and give back to the coastal natives who need clean waters to survive. We try to persevere the best we can, and in the process, we have become just like our ancestors, rebels of the sea.
